Cancellation Policy
Liability Waiver I know that participating in the above-named race can be a potentially dangerous activity. I assume all risks associated with my involvement in the race and pre- and post- race events including but not limited to falls, physical contact with participants, the effects of altitude, weather and exposure, the conditions of the course and physical factors. Having read this waiver in it’s entirety, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Play Sharity Foundation, affiliated organizations, and all sponsors, their representatives, whether herein named or unnamed, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this activity whether or not that liability arises out of negligence or carelessness on my part of on the part of persons named or unnamed in this waiver.
