Play Sharity's 5K Color Run & Walk

Waiver Agreement 

I know that participating in the Play Sharity 5k Color Run & Walk can be a potentially dangerous activity. I assume all risk associated with my involvement in the race and pre- and pos- race events including but not limited to falls, physical contact with participants, the effects of altitude, weather and exposure, the condition of the course and physical factors. 

Having read this waiver in its entirety, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Play Sharity Foundation dba as Play Sharity Children's Museum, and other affiliated organizations, and all sponsors, their representatives, whether herein name or unnamed, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this activity whether or not that liability arises out of negligence or carelessness on my part or on the part of persons named or unnamed in their waiver.
